Even though my first coach told me to grow an email list it didn't register exactly HOW important it really is. In truth, the size of your email list translates into dollars in your pocket.
Building a magnetic lead magnet is step 1 to email list growth. Think about what problem you solve for business owners and how you can give them a win with a free item such as a PDF, audio file, or mini-course.
Step 2: Then craft your lead generation strategy. For podcasters I recommend www.textiful.com. Using Textiful.com increased my email capture by more than 100%. For bloggers or YouTubers you may find that using a short link or direct link works just fine for you since most people are not driving or working out when engaging with your content.
Step 3. Tracking and measuring your list growth is paramount! Don't just build it and assume it will grow itself, you must constantly make sure your lead generation strategy is effective. Track your weekly downloads and continually focus on growth.
