Episode 119

How to Overcome Imposter Syndrome

Do you struggle with Imposter Syndrome? I think EVERY entrepreneur does. Recently, I was listening to the Ed Mylett Show and he and his guest Eric Thomas both admitted that even still they experience imposter syndrome at times.

I believe imposter syndrome happens because we set a place in our minds and call it "there" and until we get "there" we decide we don't have what it takes to reach our goal, make the impact we want, or produce the very thing we excel at.

In today's episode, I reveal a verbal slap in the face that my good friend Abra hit me up with that shook me and helped propel me over my imposter syndrome.

And, did you know that negative thinking is the number 1 addiction - especially in the US. Negative thinking is simply a habit that we have learned and that we can change. This topic ties in perfectly with overcoming imposter syndrome because I show you exactly how you can create a habit of positive thinking that can push you past the imposter syndrome hurdle.

If you are an aspiring entrepreneur this episode is a must-listen.
